Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, components, and accessories.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Standard Sea Shipping is included with purchases that are kept. If a product is returned, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the product refund.
- Priority Air Shipping upgrade charges are non-refundable after the order has shipped.
- Customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs.
- A return label may be provided upon request. If we provide the label, its cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Once a return is authorized or a return label is issued, the product must be shipped within 3–5 business days to remain eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
To request a return, email canarycapitalproductions@gmail.com for authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Limited Warranty
Every Mr. Professional Photo Booth™ includes a one-year limited manufacturer warranty covering core components against manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal physical or cosmetic wear, negligence, improper handling, failure to follow the provided instructions, or unauthorized modifications.

We highly recommend purchasing the Mr Professional 2 photobooth. We could have purchased another booth for less but the value added by David (owner) is well worth it. He helped us in person with setting the booth up and setting up the dslr camera which we would have no clue on how to configure correctly. The marketing materials provided are an added value as well.
