Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, components, and accessories.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Free priority air shipping within the United States is included with purchases that are kept. If a product is returned, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the product refund.
- If you return the product, you are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping it back to us. We do not pay or reimburse return shipping.
- A return label may be provided upon request. If we provide the label, its cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Once a return is authorized or a return label is issued, the product must be shipped within 3–5 business days to remain eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Limited Warranty
Every Mr. Professional Photo Booth™ includes a one-year limited manufacturer warranty covering core components against manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal physical or cosmetic wear, negligence, improper handling, failure to follow the provided instructions, or unauthorized modifications.

This is a really good unit. It looks high-end and goes together easily. Compared to our old mirror booth, it is a dream, and clients definitely noticed the quality. Just be ready to tweak the electronics. The stock hub is updated for the wired WCM+ setup, but underpowered causing my Canon R100 to constantly drop connection. I replaced it with an Anker hub and used a separate fast charging block for the USB-C power, which completely solved the issue. Still worth the investment!
I bought my second-generation Mr. Professional Photo Booth at the end of 2024 with no experience in the photo booth business. David’s YouTube videos and a short phone call gave me confidence in the product and how to use it.
