Your Mr. Professional Photo Booth™ includes a one-year limited manufacturer warranty covering core components against manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

Avoid overtightening screws during assembly, as this can damage the threads and compromise the booth’s structural integrity.

If you experience a potential manufacturing defect, contact our support team. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide the appropriate replacement parts or other available resolution to minimize downtime.
