What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

Avoid overtightening screws during assembly, as this can damage the threads and compromise the booth’s structural integrity.

If you experience a potential manufacturing defect, contact our support team. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide the appropriate replacement parts or other available resolution to minimize downtime.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, components, and accessories.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
• Standard Sea Shipping is included with purchases that are kept. If a product is returned, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the product refund.
• Priority Air Shipping upgrade charges are non-refundable after the order has shipped.
• Customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs.
• A return label may be provided upon request. If we provide the label, its cost will be deducted from the refund.
• Once a return is authorized or a return label is issued, the product must be shipped within 3–5 business days to remain eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
