However, it's important to note that the warranty excludes damage caused by user negligence. To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Mr. Professional, we recommend following the provided user guidelines, including avoiding overtightening any screws during assembly. Overtightening can damage threads and compromise the structural integrity of the booth.

In the rare instance of a confirmed defect, our dedicated support team will promptly ship replacement parts to minimize downtime. This ensures your Mr. Professional remains operational and continues to deliver exceptional photo booth experiences.

Return Policy:
We stand by the craftsmanship of Mr.Professional Photo Booth™ and are confident you'll be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return your unit, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, components, and accessories.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A return shipping label can be provided upon request.

Once the return label is issued, the item must be shipped out within 3–5 business days to remain eligible for a refund.

Outbound shipping is complimentary—we cover the initial delivery cost as part of our premium customer experience.

We highly recommend purchasing the Mr Professional 2 photobooth. We could have purchased another booth for less but the value added by David (owner) is well worth it. He helped us in person with setting the booth up and setting up the dslr camera which we would have no clue on how to configure correctly. The marketing materials provided are an added value as well.
